Frequently asked questions
Clear answers about our programmes, fees, certificates and what you can realistically expect from professional AI education.
Who are EarnWithAI programmes designed for?
EarnWithAI programmes serve working professionals in Singapore who need practical AI skills for their current roles. Our typical participants include managers, analysts, operations staff, HR practitioners, team leads and transformation professionals across financial services, retail, logistics, public sector and professional services. We also deliver in-house corporate training for organisations planning workforce AI literacy initiatives. Programmes are designed for adults in employment or seeking professional development — not for students seeking academic degrees or individuals looking for income-generation schemes.
Do I need prior AI experience to enrol?
It depends on the programme. Our Foundations Programme (EWA-100 series) requires no prior AI experience — only familiarity with standard office software and a professional role where AI tools may be relevant. Practitioner and Strategist programmes expect either completion of Foundations or equivalent informal experience using generative AI tools at work. We discuss your background during the enquiry process and recommend the appropriate starting point. We do not accept the premise that "anyone can master AI with no experience" — structured learning builds on your existing professional knowledge and context.
How long do the programmes take?
Duration varies by programme pathway. Foundations runs 4–6 weeks with six 90-minute live sessions. Practitioner spans 6–8 weeks with eight sessions and applied assignments. Strategist extends 8–10 weeks including a capstone roadmap project. In-house Team Programmes are customised to your schedule — typically delivered over 2–5 days intensive or spread across several weeks. Mentoring Track runs three months with six monthly sessions. Self-paced components, where available, allow extended access to materials beyond live session dates. Exact schedules are confirmed when you enrol in a specific cohort.
How are fees calculated?
Published fees are indicative ranges in Singapore dollars. Final pricing depends on several factors: programme pathway selected, cohort format (live public, hybrid, self-paced or in-house), group size for corporate training, and any content customisation required. GST is applicable where relevant under Singapore tax regulations. We provide a formal quotation after discussing your requirements — there is no automatic checkout or payment on this website. Corporate clients typically receive a proposal document outlining scope, deliverables, timeline and fees before any commitment is made.
Will I receive a certificate? Is it accredited?
Yes, we issue a certificate of completion for participants who attend the required sessions and complete programme assignments. This certificate confirms your participation and the skills covered — it is issued by EarnWithAI Pte. Ltd. We do not claim WSQ accreditation, SkillsFuture funding eligibility, MOE registration or IMDA endorsement unless explicitly stated for a specific programme offering. Our curriculum is designed with reference to industry standards and aligned with Singapore's national upskilling priorities, but our certificates are not substitutes for government-accredited qualifications. If accreditation status is important for your employer, please discuss this during your enquiry.
Will completing a programme guarantee a job, promotion, or higher income?
No. EarnWithAI provides professional education and skills training — we build practical AI capability, not career placement services. We do not guarantee employment, job offers, promotions, pay rises, new clients, business revenue or any other financial outcome. Career and business results depend on many factors including your prior experience, current role, employer policies, industry conditions, personal effort and how effectively you apply what you learn. Any references to career or business benefits in our materials are illustrative examples of how skills may be applied — not promises of specific results. No participant should enrol expecting a specific monetary return.
Can my employer sponsor the programme?
Yes. Many of our participants are sponsored by their employers, particularly for in-house Team Programmes and Strategist-level courses. We provide formal quotations, programme outlines and completion certificates suitable for corporate L&D records. If your organisation has a training budget approval process, we can supply supporting documentation. We do not interact directly with SkillsFuture Credit or other government funding schemes unless explicitly arranged for a specific accredited offering. Contact us with your HR or L&D representative's details and we will coordinate accordingly.
How is my personal data handled?
We process personal data in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) 2012. Data collected through enquiry forms is used solely to respond to your request and manage programme enrolment if you proceed. We do not sell personal data to third parties. Data is stored on secure servers with access restricted to authorised staff. You have rights to access, correct and withdraw consent for your data — contact [email protected] or see our full Privacy Policy. For complaints, you may contact the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) at www.pdpc.gov.sg.
Do you offer in-house corporate training?
Yes. Our Team Programme (EWA-400 series) delivers customised AI training at your organisation's premises or via dedicated virtual sessions for groups of 8–200 participants. Content is tailored to your industry, existing tool stack, internal policies and role requirements. The process begins with a needs assessment consultation, followed by a customised syllabus proposal. In-house programmes can combine Foundations, Practitioner and Strategist modules into a coherent learning journey for mixed-level teams. Contact us to discuss scope, timeline and indicative pricing for your organisation.
What tools and platforms are covered?
Our programmes teach concepts and techniques that apply across multiple AI platforms rather than endorsing a single vendor. Sessions typically demonstrate workflows using widely available generative AI tools and productivity platforms common in Singapore offices. We do not provide software licences — participants use tools already approved by their organisation or available through free tiers. Specific platforms covered vary by programme and are listed in the syllabus document provided upon enquiry. We emphasise evaluation skills and responsible use principles that remain relevant as tools evolve.
Are sessions live, recorded, or both?
Most programmes combine live facilitator-led sessions with supplementary materials. Live sessions are held via secure video conferencing or in-person at our Raffles Place training centre. Selected programmes provide recorded replays for 30 days after each session for participants who miss a class or wish to review content. Self-paced modules, where offered, provide extended access to pre-recorded lessons and exercises without live facilitation. The specific format for each programme and cohort is confirmed at enrolment. We recommend live attendance for exercises involving facilitator feedback and group discussion.
How can I get support during and after the programme?
During programmes, participants can ask questions during live sessions, use cohort discussion channels and submit assignments for facilitator feedback. Between sessions, e-mail support is available with responses within 48 business hours. After completing Practitioner or Strategist programmes, alumni may enrol in our Mentoring Track (EWA-500) for structured one-to-one follow-up over three months. We do not provide unlimited post-programme consulting, IT troubleshooting for third-party AI platforms, or career coaching with employment guarantees. For urgent issues during live sessions, facilitators are available in real time.
