Our mission
EarnWithAI exists to help Singapore professionals and organisations build practical AI capability through structured, responsible education. We believe AI literacy is becoming essential for modern careers — not as a shortcut to financial outcomes, but as a professional skill that increases the market value of your expertise when applied thoughtfully in your role.
Our mission is to deliver training that is immediately applicable, ethically grounded and transparent about both the capabilities and limitations of AI tools. We do not sell software, place candidates in jobs, or promise specific career or financial results.
Our history
EarnWithAI was founded in 2021 by practitioners who observed a recurring pattern in Singapore workplaces: professionals were adopting AI tools independently, without structured guidance on responsible use, output evaluation or PDPA compliance. Early cohorts focused on prompt engineering for financial services analysts and operations teams in the CBD.
By 2023, we had expanded to five programme pathways and begun delivering in-house corporate training for organisations across retail, logistics and professional services. Our Raffles Place classroom opened in 2022, complementing live online cohorts that serve participants across Singapore and the broader APAC region. To date, we have completed 48 cohorts with approximately 380 individual learners — a deliberate, quality-focused scale rather than mass-market volume.
We remain an independent training provider. We are not affiliated with, funded by, or endorsed by SkillsFuture Singapore, IMDA, MOE or any government agency unless explicitly stated for a specific programme offering.

We are clear about what our programmes include and exclude, what certificates represent, and what outcomes we cannot guarantee. No hidden fees, no exaggerated claims.
Learner-centred design
Programmes accommodate different experience levels and learning preferences through live, hybrid and self-paced formats where appropriate.
Responsible AI
Human oversight, PDPA compliance, bias awareness and output validation are integrated throughout our curriculum — not treated as optional add-ons.
Continuous improvement
We collect structured feedback after every cohort and revise syllabi based on learner input, facilitator observations and changes in the AI landscape.

Every EarnWithAI engagement follows a four-step approach designed to maximise practical application:
Assess
We review your role, prior AI experience and learning objectives to recommend the appropriate programme pathway and format.
Design
For standard programmes, we confirm cohort dates and materials. For in-house training, we customise content to your industry, tools and policies.
Deliver
Facilitator-led sessions combine instruction, hands-on exercises and group discussion. Participants receive feedback on applied assignments.
Apply
Post-programme action plans help learners integrate skills into daily work. Optional mentoring provides continued support for alumni.
